supported the World Food Programme in unboxing these design elements that augment community

Self-Realisation Tool is a participatory tool piloted by Nil social architects. The tool
helps interact with community allowing them to reflect on their needs and capabilities and,
in the process, help programs plan, monitor, and evaluate the growth process.
School Retention
Haryana & Punjab Education
How do you design a programme that increases retention in school when the odds are stacked
against schooling? Children from vulnerable communities often lack the tools that help them
navigate their constraints and access education without any compromise. Through our research
with Save the Children, we unpack behaviours to identify the root of the problem.
